CASE STUDY // DIAGNOSTIC LOG #03

Interior Revival Protocol on Tesla Model Y

Completed: July 2026Location Matrix: Colonial Park, PA

A local family vehicle arrived exhibiting heavy interior cabin debris and surface contamination across the white synthetic leather seating matrix. High-volume family travel had left stubborn grease films, dynamic dust settlement, and standard wear-and-tear particles across the entire dashboard and door assemblies.

Intake & Material Response

Our response pipeline began with a complete interior dust extraction phase, followed by an exhaustive vacuum extraction process. All panels, console spaces, and plastic surfaces received a uniform micro-material wipe-down before a targeted residue-free P&S Xpress Interior formulation cleared the center console channels.

Restoration & Protection

Instead of using generic, grease-heavy dressings that attract dust and leave slippery finishes, we applied Koch-Chemie Top Star for a clean, non-slip, anti-static protective layer. The white synthetic seating matrix was treated with premium Leather Star to restore supple flexibility and repel future soils.

Revival Deliverables

  • Surgical interior micro-particle vacuum extraction
  • Koch-Chemie Leather Star supple material conditioning
  • Crystal-clear window decontamination inside and out
  • Zero oily artificial residue, pure factory-matte finish
